Ladies, do you feel that you are not hitting the ball as far as you would like? Well, it just might be the result of an inadvertent motion that prevents you from taking advantage of your natural flexibility. Golf fitness trainer Kathy Ekdahl calls this motion swaying and sliding, versus storing power in your hips as you turn back and releasing that power as you turn forward. Interestingly enough there would appear to be more effort involved in swaying and sliding than in simple hip turns.
Swaying and sliding is hard to picture, but after you watch this video you will either see it in yourself, or remind you of some lady golfers, or guys, who are swayers and a sliders and could really benefit from watching this video.
