Getting the right elbow in the correct position during both the backswing and the downswing is crucial to a good golf swing. Because of the speed of the golf swing, the correct position of the right elbow during the downswing is difficult to see. Notice in the photo there is a red arrow that points to the right elbow just past the right hip, as Mike Dero’s chest waits for the club head to reach the center of his chest.
